Delete your Indiabell account

In the app

1. Open the Indiabell app and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

On the web (without the app)

1. Go to the owner page and sign in with your phone number and the one-time code.
2. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete my account and confirm.

What happens

Your account, doorbell QR page and all sessions stop working immediately. Your phone number, name, house number, call history, visitor messages and push tokens are deleted within 30 days. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. See the privacy policy.
